You don’t have to do strenuous exercise every day, but you must move your body for at least 15-30 minutes each day.

You can:

  • go for a 30-minute walk

  • go to the gym

  • go to the beach

  • walk around the mall

  • Explore the downtown area

Get your body moving and your heart rate elevated to optimize your cognitive performance and boost your mood!
