How would you grade your business on its adaptability to these changes on a scale of 1-10? 10 being your business is generally unaffected considering recent pivots.
Most of us like to think that our business is adaptable to market trends and changes, but when it comes to self-implementing strategic changes in our business, we often drag our feet.
Why is that? 🤔
Fear of change? Maybe fear of failure? Or is it a fear of uncertainty? 😨
No matter how you dress it up, whenever you face resistance to adapting to changes in marketplace demands, it’s best to take a moment and reflect on yourself.
Yes, you the entrepreneur.
Whether or not we want to believe it, the limiting beliefs we place on ourselves, as entrepreneurs, are the same limits that manifest in our business.
So whenever you feel stuck and resistant to change, ask yourself:
Do I have a limiting belief that is being triggered and resulting in a bottleneck in my business?
Maybe you consider yourself the behind-the-scenes, introverted type of entrepreneur.
Recent changes in consumer behavior make it seem like if your business isn’t on TikTok, you might as well close up shop.
Instead of avoiding posting on the internet altogether, you can find a low-friction way to share information and value with your audience as you build camera confidence.
