Fighting distractions are a daily battle, and to win you are going to have to be intentional and strategic. To begin your assault, first, become aware of the moments when you are letting yourself be distracted. The moments you catch yourself procrastinating are going to give you insight into your key distractions.
Once you have identified your distractions, you can begin to work on new habits and new activities to occupy your time and energy.
